Hey Everyone!
My name is Kristen and I’m currently a third-year political studies major and also completing the Law Certificate. I’m currently living in Kingston however I’m from just outside of Toronto. Over the past three years of my undergrad I have increasingly chosen to select electives that relate to economics, law, or business and plan to pursue these different areas of study throughout my fourth year as well as my future career. I have chosen to take this course (EMPR 200) because I think it’s extremely valuable to understand and learn more about what shapes and defines workplace relations, more so because I believe it will allow me to better handle workplace relations within my current and future jobs and career. In addition, I have taken a workplace law course that discussed similar topics to EMPR 200, and I really enjoyed that course and was looking for something similar to pursue. I’m excited to get started and work with a few of you!
